We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date. Send us a message here, and we’ll issue a return label which you’ll receive via e-mail. Once we receive the return we’ll issue a full refund minus the cost of return shipping.

We are always happy to accommodate packages being mailed as gifts. Should you wish to send an order as a gift, please contact us at info@shop-the-loft.com, and we will be happy to give your purchase special attention (note, expedited shipping etc). Online gift cards are also available for purchase here.
